Cooked. A little sweet. It’s a perfect introduction to sushi, at least it was for me – especially when I only knew it as „unagi“ rather than what it actually is, barbequed eel. I don’t care for nigiri sushi generally, but I do have a sweet unagi spot. When I arrived in Brno a decade ago; it was practically impossible to find – not even in Vienna. So, when Jaroslav presented it at his sushi bar…it was love. 🙂
